What will my Account Manager do next?

Once we have a copy of your most recent bill. Your Account Manager will offer you a 1-year and 2-year option based on your tariff and consumption which they have found on your bill. Once you have selected your contract length, you will be given a new supply contract to sign. As we have gone paperless, this will be sent to you via email, and you can sign directly from your computer/phone/tablet.

Once you submit a quote one of our Account Managers will give you a call back within 15 minutes and can talk you through the next steps.

Simply take out a contract with a new energy supplier. The contract with your old supplier will be switched over. You are free to move energy supplier without an early exit fee if you are not under a term contract.

Here at Cost.ie we have gone completely paperless. Your nominated Account Manager will send you the forms to your email, which you can sign on your computer/tablet or phone.

Of Course! Just make sure you are outside the minimum term of your current contract, otherwise you will be liable for an early exit fee when you switch.
